We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and handling except for pre-orders*. US orders take 2-5 business days for delivery. International orders take 7-21 days to arrive. Delivery times may vary from country to country. Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the following business day.
For orders outside of US, import duties may be levied once the package reaches its destination country. Obsessed is not responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance, and our customers must pay for these in full. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
*Pre-order turn around time will be announced during product release.
WHEN ARE PARTICULAR ITEMS RELEASED?
Most of our items do not have set release dates. Join our mailing list to stay updated. You will receive email notifications each time we release a new product.
DO YOU GUYS RE-STOCK YOUR INVENTORY?
On occasion we will re-stock some of our items. Some items might produced at limited quantity. Be sure to check back regularly if an item you want is not available at the time you are on the site.
CAN I GET A REFUND OR MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit only or exchange. The items must be in original condition, unwashed in original packaging.
Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return a gift card code will be issued via email along with instructions. This code may be used towards the purchase of any available items.
Note that we do not include shipping fees in the gift card amount.
DECLINED CREDIT CARD?
We do not receive funds for declined transactions, though these charges may still appear on your account as pending or processing. Declined charges are cleared, after which those funds become available again. This process usually takes a few days.
